Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

All products are classified as hazardous materials (hazmat) and must be shipped via ground service only. Because of this, we are unable to offer expedited shipping options.
We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable ground delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Ground shipments typically arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier transit times.

Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders.
We also provide free shipping for orders over a designated purchase amount (details shown at checkout).

Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey from our facility to your door.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us right away at brushcleanpro1@gmail.com. We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome.
